Make some noise for Abortion Access: Washington DC

September 28 is International Safe Abortion Day!

Join Population Connection Action Fund to make some noise in support of Abortion Access and to protest harmful Trump policies that restrict abortion access in the U.S. & around the world.

Here’s how you can help:
-Join us at the White House at 12:45
-Wear black
-Bring pots, pans, and cooking utensils
-At 1:00pm, join the Cacerolazo – bang them together and make some noise!

Together we’ll keep fighting for access to safe, legal abortions around the world.

One of the first executive orders Trump signed was the Global Gag Rule which withholds U.S. funds from international organizations that so much as mention the word abortion. Trump’s Gag Rule will silence health care providers from giving their patients complete and accurate information, will lead health care clinics to close, will increase unintended pregnancies and unsafe abortions, and will ultimately cost lives.

We won’t take this quietly! Join us and make some noise to continue to resist and persist for abortion rights. #IresistWepersist
